Clive Birtwhistle is a character in We Happy Few. His office is located in City Hall and he is a Redactor who works alongside Arthur.
In Clive's office, there's a vandalized picture of Arthur. A Business Letter found in Clive's office reveals that he asked Victoria to give him Arthur's office; but she refused, instead offering him Prudence's. Subsequently, Clive wrote an Anonymous Letter accusing Arthur of being a Downer, in an effort to get Arthur's office (although it can be guessed that Clive did not send this letter, which is found crumpled on the floor of his office.) Arthur reacts angrily to finding the letter, suggesting his and Clive's dislike is mutual.
