Jimmy Bar is an item useful for breaking and entering and can open windows, such as the ones at the back of Wellies' houses. It is also needed to pry open the hatch in the starting Safe House. Jimmy bar's can also be used to break open the coin box on old phone booths in the garden district to obtain sovereign, however this action is seen as suspicious to any nearby wastrels.
